April 5,2010 and counting First Horizon Home Loan “I’ll Look into it” Lie

Will this saga ever end?  April 2, 2010  and Amy at First Horizon tells me on the phone – she will look into my lost “Bank Check”. 

On my own –  I provided “PROOF” that I did purchase and did mail.  Amy just assumed I lied!!!!

All this in my last post.

So today,  April 5, 2010, I leave yet another message on Amy’s voice mail.  Just as I expected Amy did NOT return my call.   

Just another “lie”  Amy has no intention of looking into this.  They are more than incompetent.  They are lazy! 

How would those at First Horizon feel – if something like this happened to them???  

I read on another blog today – about how bad more than one homeowner was treat by the employees at First Horizon Home loan.
